Two completely different worlds, one shared dream
Alex, plastics technician and businessman. Patti, trained social pedagogue. Their backgrounds couldn't be more different, but they share a boundless love for great coffee.
Since 2010, they've perfected their coffee, worked with many excellent roasters, and tasted countless beans. But to tell the complete story, from plantation to cup, the step to their own roastery was inevitable.
Today we roast ourselves: on computer-controlled Dutch drum roasters, with carefully selected beans from the world's best plantations. Everything in-house. Everything with heart.
