We deliver within Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
a) Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery of ordered goods is made exclusively against advance payment or PayPal.
b) Delivery will be made within 7 days of order confirmation at the latest, unless a different delivery time has been expressly agreed or specified in the item description.
c) The shop owner assumes no procurement risk and reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of missing or delayed self-delivery. This only applies if the shop operator is responsible for this and in particular has previously concluded a congruent hedging transaction to fulfill the obligation under the contract. The shop operator will inform the customer immediately about missing or delayed self-delivery and, if necessary, exercise the right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, services already received must be returned immediately.
a) All prices are in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT as well as other price components and any other applicable taxes and duties. Prices apply exclusively to orders in the online shop.
