History
Hot Aperol is the winter answer to the Aperol Spritz – a creative reinterpretation of the Italian summer classic for the cold season. It originated in German cafés that wanted to offer their guests the characteristic bitter-sweet aroma of Aperol even in winter, but in a warming form.
