History
Prosecco is the sparkling pride of Northern Italy, made from the Glera grape in the picturesque hills of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Unlike Champagne, Prosecco is made using the tank method (Charmat method), which gives it its fresh, fruity character.
Taste Experience
The first sip sparkles on the tongue – fresh, lively, with notes of pear and citrus. Prosecco is uncomplicated and inviting, perfect for aperitivo or as a festive companion for any occasion.
Fun Fact
Prosecco can only come from a specific region in Northern Italy. The designation has been protected since 2009 – Prosecco from other regions must use a different name.
