100% Arabica from Brazil, light roast, fruity and syrupy, sweet with medium acidity, slow drying and 168 hours of fermentation. Truly something special.
In the volcanic highlands of Minas Gerais, the Andrade family has been cultivating premium coffees since 1901. Our friends Ismael, his brother Eduardo, and son Romulo have won many awards for their top-quality coffee. These guys don’t just grow coffee; they also show great pioneering spirit in processing and refining the beans. This exclusive microlot was refined using carbonic maceration: fully ripe coffee cherries rest in a CO₂-saturated atmosphere. In this oxygen-free environment, a slow, controlled fermentation takes place inside the bean. The result is an extraordinary flavor experience that redefines classic Brazilian sweetness—a complex bouquet of ripe cherries and candied fruits, underlined by a velvety texture and a fine, wine-like complexity.
