History
The Moscow Mule was born in 1941 in Los Angeles – out of necessity and genius. Bar owner Jack Morgan had too much ginger beer in stock, his friend John Martin had too much Smirnoff Vodka, and a copper factory owner had too many copper mugs. They combined everything and invented not just a cocktail, but its iconic serving style. The name "Moscow" played on Russian vodka, "Mule" on the kick of the ginger beer.
Taste Experience
The first sip from the ice-cold copper mug is an experience. It tingles on the tongue, refreshes, and subtly warms from within. It's a drink of surprising complexity – spicy, refreshing, and irresistible.
Fun Fact
The copper mugs were originally stamped with the image of a mule. The mugs themselves became a trademark and are now as iconic as the drink itself.
