These Arabica beans from the Alto Paranáíba region are wonderfully chocolatey with subtle cereal and nut notes. We roast these decaffeinated beans from Germany very carefully and slowly to avoid developing strong roast flavors. This coffee is an Igarapé Project coffee and supports the restoration and protection of the Amazon rainforests.
