Our Zuckerhütl blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil. The beans from the Cerrado region grow at an altitude of about 1200 m and are processed "natural." The beans from Minas Gerais have been cultivated by the Andrade family since 1901 with pioneering spirit. These exclusive microlot beans were refined using carbonic maceration: the fully ripe coffee cherries rest in a CO₂-saturated atmosphere. In this oxygen-free environment, a slow, controlled fermentation takes place inside the bean. The result of this blend is an exceptional taste experience that redefines the classic Brazilian sweetness.
