Zuckerhütl, Arabica Blend

Our Zuckerhütl blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil. The beans from the Cerrado region grow at an altitude of about 1200 m and are processed "natural." The beans from Minas Gerais have been cultivated by the Andrade family since 1901 with pioneering spirit. These exclusive microlot beans have been refined using carbonic maceration: the fully ripe coffee cherries rest in a CO₂-saturated atmosphere. In this oxygen-free environment, a slow, controlled fermentation takes place inside the bean. The result of this blend is an extraordinary taste experience that redefines the classic Brazilian sweetness.
