This outstanding coffee is especially suited as a filter coffee, clear, brilliant, and balanced in taste. Medium-bodied with a light sweetness and a fruity aroma. The farmer association ASOBRIS was founded in 2013 and currently has 42 members from 25 villages around Nevado del Huila, the highest volcano in Colombia. The region is characterized by the unique climate between altitudes of up to 5,000 m and low, wide valleys. All farmers in the association are committed to the ecological and sustainable cultivation of high-quality coffees to strengthen the region permanently.
