History
White chocolate is the youngest member of the chocolate family, invented by Nestlé in Switzerland in 1936. Technically, it contains no cocoa solids, only cocoa butter – the natural fat of the cacao bean. Long dismissed as "not real chocolate," it has now earned a firm place in the world of indulgence. Hot white chocolate is especially popular in Scandinavia and the Alpine countries.
Taste Experience
Hot white chocolate is pure decadence – sweet, creamy, and incredibly rich. The first sip reveals notes of vanilla and caramelized milk, followed by the velvety texture of cocoa butter. It's a drink for those who want to enjoy sweetness without regret.
Fun Fact
White chocolate technically contains no cocoa at all! It's made only from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk powder. That's why many chocolate lovers don't recognize it as "real" chocolate – but that doesn't make it any less delicious.
